A Brief Overview of Prenatal Yoga
Although it may be one of the most challenging times of a woman's life, nothing provides more joy than holding your child. Yoga is as beneficial after delivery as it is during pregnancy. Postures taught help speed recovery from pregnancy and birth, whether natural or Cesarean. Practiced regularly, yoga helps renew strength and muscle tone and keeps the mind centered as you journey into parenthood.

Overall, yoga is an excellent tool for a woman. Asanas keep the body fit and pranayama keeps the mind sharp. The practice of yoga will nourish a woman's psyche, creating health and happiness for herself and, ultimately, her family.
